Mental Health First Aid training equips individuals with the skills to recognise, understand and support people experiencing mental health challenges in the workplace.

This course, Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF), helps organisations build a more supportive working environment by increasing awareness, reducing stigma and enabling early intervention when colleagues may be struggling with their mental wellbeing.
